Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SC AI AutoTrader ("we", "us", or "our") — the website, API, and automated trading assistant for cTrader and MetaTrader 5 (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

SC AI AutoTrader provides:

• Automated download and AI analysis of financial and non-financial news relevant to your trading symbols;
• AI-generated sentiment and impact classification of news items on your symbols, used as one internal input among several;
• Technical-indicator-based confirmation logic used to filter and validate automation conditions;
• A trading bot (cTrader or MetaTrader 5) that executes trades exclusively according to the rules and risk parameters you configure, using the above analysis as supporting input.

The Service does not provide investment advice, trade recommendations, or personalized financial guidance. All trading decisions and parameters are determined solely by you.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and bot tokens.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, violation of these Terms, or illegal activity.
• You must not create multiple accounts to circumvent trial limits or subscription requirements.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Paid access requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are purchased and billed directly through the marketplace where you got the bot (cTrader or MetaTrader 5).
• All billing, recurring charges, cancellations, and refunds are managed by the marketplace where you purchased the bot, in accordance with its terms and refund policy. We do not process payments directly.
• You are solely responsible for managing your subscription (including cancellation) through the marketplace.
• Prices and plans are set by the marketplace and may change at any time.

4. Trial

• We may offer a free trial period (typically 30 days) for new accounts.
• The trial is available once per registered user account. Creating multiple accounts to extend the trial is prohibited.
• Access to the free trial is provided by a dedicated trial version of the bot. Once a subscription has been active, the trial is permanently forfeited and does not restart when the subscription ends.
• Unless cancelled before the trial expires, the trial ends automatically and access is restricted until a subscription is purchased.
• We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the trial at any time.

5. Risk Disclosure

• The Service provides technical automation and analysis output only. It does not provide investment advice, trade recommendations, or any guarantee of outcome.
• Trading in financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. No analysis, indicator, or AI output can guarantee profits.
• The bot executes trades only according to rules and parameters you configure. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and for any losses incurred.
• Past or hypothetical performance does not predict future results.
• If you are unsure whether automated trading is suitable for you, consult a qualified financial professional.

6. AI Output

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your purposes. It may not reflect real-time market conditions.
• You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying any AI-generated output before relying on it.
• AI output is provided "as is" and does not constitute financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice.
• You must not use AI output to develop competing products or services, or attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the underlying models.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from: the use or inability to use the Service; any changes to the Service; the use, disclosure, or display of your content; unauthorized access to or alteration of your data; or any other matter relating to the Service.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate, limit, or suspend your access to the Service without prior notice for: breach of these Terms; requests by law enforcement or government agencies; discontinuance or material modification of the Service; unexpected technical or security issues; extended periods of inactivity; or fraudulent or illegal activity.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may change these Terms at any time. If you continue to use the Service after changes are posted, you signify your acceptance of the new Terms. You will always have access to the most up-to-date version on this page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, excluding conflicts-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may be entitled to invoke the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
