Subscriptions to SC AI AutoTrader are purchased and managed directly through the marketplaces where the bot is distributed: the cTrader market and the MetaTrader 5 market.
1. Refunds Are Managed by the Marketplaces
Because all payments are processed by the marketplaces, refund policies are governed by the terms and conditions of the marketplace where you purchased the bot (cTrader or MetaTrader 5). We do not process payments or refunds directly.
